At Elite Professional Academy (EPA), we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and learning experiences. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund on Digital Products

  • All our courses, training programs, and digital materials are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Once the course is purchased and access is granted (via app, portal, or shared links), no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

2. No Cancellation After Purchase

  • Once a course is purchased, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Users are advised to review course details, curriculum, and eligibility before making payment.

3. Duplicate Payment / Technical Errors

  • In case of duplicate payment or transaction failure where money is deducted but order is not confirmed:
    • The amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.

4. Physical Product Refund (If Applicable)

For courses that include physical items (such as pen drives or books):

  • Refund/replacement will only be considered if:
    • The product is damaged during delivery, OR
    • A wrong product is delivered
  • To request a replacement:
    • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Provide photo/video proof
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect order selection
    • Minor packaging damage

5. Course Access Issues

  • If you face any issues accessing the course:
    • Our support team will assist you to resolve the issue
    • Refunds will not be issued for technical issues once access is provided

6. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed via the original payment method
